Acceptable Use Policy

Lawful and permission-controlled use

This policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, authorised actions and use of outputs. Use only accounts, data and services you have permission to access. Get consent before recording, messaging or sharing information about other people.

Prohibited uses

• Unlawful activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, harassment, stalking, covert surveillance or harm.
• Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors; non-consensual deepfakes or intimate content; hate speech or incitement to violence.
• Intellectual-property infringement, unauthorised publication of confidential information, or uploading material you have no right to use.
• Malware, jailbreaking, malicious prompt injection, probing or interfering with security, credential theft, scraping, or bypassing permission, confirmation or rate-limit controls.
• Unauthorised resale, redistribution or reverse engineering of the service, or representing simulated results as real external actions.

Content rights and reporting

You retain your rights in input content and grant only the processing licence described in the Terms. AI outputs may implicate third-party rights and are not guaranteed original or lawful to publish. Rights-holders can report infringement through the reporting form or support; include the material, the right claimed and enough detail to investigate, without sending passwords or identity documents.

Enforcement

The operator may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, limit use, or suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk or repeated serious violations. Repeated infringement can lead to suspension or termination. Contact support to request review of a restriction. No screening process guarantees all harmful content will be detected.
