Delete your AIACTION account

In the app (fastest)

1. Sign in and open Profile & Settings.
2. Cancel any paid plan under Plan & billing.
3. Under "Your data", choose Request account deletion and type DELETE to confirm. The request status is shown there.

Without the app

Contact the operator by phone or at the business/contact address below and request account deletion or another data-rights request. The designated support email is not yet active. We will arrange identity verification before deleting; do not send passwords or identity documents unsolicited.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, profile, conversations, messages, documents, projects, actions, notifications, permissions and workspaces you own alone.

What we keep: payment and tax records (required by law, generally 5 years), consent records and security/audit logs needed as legal evidence (audit details are emptied). These keep only a pseudonymous ID and are not used for anything else.

Steps: requested → verified by an administrator → processed → completed. Deletion is not immediate. Once complete you can no longer sign in. If it cannot complete (for example an active paid plan, or a workspace you share with others), an administrator will contact you.

Limited retained evidence and provider backups require a confirmed retention schedule; no fixed backup-removal date is promised. Deleting an individual conversation removes its messages but keeps linked actions as activity/credit records until account deletion, subject to necessary retention.

Other data rights

Use Settings to export your data (JSON), correct your preferences or withdraw optional marketing consent. For access, correction, objection or other rights requests, contact the operator. See the Privacy Policy for purposes, retention and the Information Regulator complaint pathway.
