Terms & Conditions
Version 2026-10-08.1 · Effective 8 October 2026 · Last updated 8 October 2026
Please read these terms before you accept them. You can view them at any time from the footer or Settings → Legal.
1. Who we are
AIACTION is a software product operated by Lonwabo Petse, trading as TechnoMagic Innovations.
Individual / sole trader · South Africa. TechnoMagic Innovations is a trading name, not a CIPC-registered company.
Business/contact address: 294 Njoli Road, Kwazakhele, Site and Service, 6205, South Africa.
Customer support: +27 82 736 3652.
Designated support address: support@aia.co.za — not yet active. Please use the phone number above; do not send requests to this email yet.
Planned website: aia.co.za — not yet active.
When you accept these terms, you contract with Lonwabo Petse ("we", "us", "the operator"), not a separately incorporated company.
2. What AIACTION is
AIACTION is an AI action platform. You tell AIA what you need; AIA plans the action, asks permission where required, carries it out through connected services where available, checks the result and keeps a history. AIA is artificial intelligence, not a person.
Each capability is labelled LIVE, DEMO, SIMULATION, READY FOR INTEGRATION or UNAVAILABLE. DEMO and SIMULATION actions do not happen in the real world. Features marked beta or developing may change or be withdrawn.
3. Electronic agreement and acceptance
You accept these terms by ticking the acceptance box and selecting "Agree and continue"; continuing to use the Service after acceptance means you agree to the current terms. We record the document version, date and time, and your account. You may review, save or print these terms before accepting. Material changes require acceptance again before protected use. Marketing consent is optional and separate.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. AIACTION is not designed for children under 13 and they may not use it. If you use AIACTION for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
5. Your account
Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. AI can make mistakes
AI outputs — answers, plans, drafts, translations, summaries and detections — can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable. You must check important outputs before relying on them. Labels such as known, inferred, estimated or needs confirmation help you judge, but are not guarantees. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Not an emergency or professional service
AIA is not a substitute for emergency services, doctors, lawyers, financial advisers, engineers, or government authorities. Health, legal, financial, safety and official content is general information only, not professional advice or a recommendation to buy or sell investments. Decisions remain your responsibility. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services directly. See the AI Use, Limitations & Safety disclosure.
8. Actions, confirmation and verification
Important actions follow PLAN → CONFIRM → EXECUTE → VERIFY. High-impact actions — money, purchases, official or legal submissions, sharing sensitive data, safety-critical steps and irreversible deletions — always need your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for actions you authorise.
An AI suggestion is not proof that anything happened. We only report an external action as done when the provider confirms it. Actions can fail, partially complete or be retried; the action history shows the real status.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use AIACTION: unlawfully; for fraud, spam or impersonation; to harass, surveil or harm others; to create sexual content involving minors, deepfakes of real people without consent, hate speech or malware; to infringe intellectual property; to jailbreak, probe or attack security, inject malicious instructions, or bypass permission controls; or to scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Service. Get consent before recording or messaging other people.
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
10. Your content and generated content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it only to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed. Who owns AI-generated output can depend on the law and on AI provider terms; we do not claim ownership of your outputs and make no promise that outputs are free of third-party rights. Rights-holders can report infringement through the report form on the Legal & Trust page; repeat infringement leads to suspension.
The operator retains ownership of AIACTION's software, documentation, branding and other service intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan; no ownership of the Service is transferred.
11. Third-party services
Some actions rely on third parties (AI model providers, payment processing, connected accounts). Their terms also apply and they can have outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of AIACTION or connected services. We will tell you honestly when a capability is unavailable, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Credits, plans and payments
- Starter: free, 10 credits per month.
- Plus: R99/month, 150 credits per month.
- Business: R299/month, 600 credits per month.
- 10 credit top-up: R10, once-off.
- 25 credit top-up: R25, once-off.
- 49 credit top-up: R49, once-off.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Web prices are in South African Rand (ZAR); tax and the final payable total are displayed at checkout before you authorise payment. Other displayed currencies are indicative only. No seller tax-registration status is implied.
One completed billable action uses one credit; ordinary chat is free. A credit is reserved before execution and released if the action fails or is cancelled. Monthly plan credits reset at the beginning of each calendar month (UTC), without rollover. Once-off top-up credits do not expire while the account exists, but can be reversed for refunds or chargebacks. Credits are service allowances, not cash or a guarantee that an unavailable integration can execute.
On the web, switching to Starter cancels the paid subscription immediately after provider confirmation; upgrades and downgrades request an immediate prorated change. Top-up credits are kept. Billing-portal options may include an end-of-period cancellation; the provider's confirmation and the billing status show the effective date. Cancelling is not itself a refund request.
Plans, payments and credits change only after server-verified payment-provider confirmation, never from a checkout success screen alone. Delays or failures are shown honestly; contact support if payment and entitlement records disagree.
For web orders processed through Paddle: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders processed through Paddle. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. AIACTION product and technical support is provided by the operator. See Paddle's Buyer Terms for payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Paddle live seller approval is still pending; test transactions do not move real money. Future digital purchases inside the native iPhone app use Apple In-App Purchase, not Paddle. Apple distribution is not complete; App Store prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the App Store purchase terms shown when available. This page does not claim Apple or Paddle approval.
Before account deletion, cancel any paid subscription. Remaining credits are removed with the account, subject to applicable consumer and refund rights.
These disclosures are also available on the Subscription & Credit-Purchase Terms page.
13. Fair use, suspension and termination
We apply rate limits and abuse protection. We may restrict content, refuse outputs, or suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
14. Account deletion
You can request deletion in Settings (type DELETE to confirm) or as described on the public account deletion page. After verification, deletion removes your sign-in account and personal content, except records we must keep by law (for example payment and tax records, and security logs). Cancel any subscription first. Unused credits are lost on deletion, subject to your consumer rights.
15. Privacy and security
How we handle personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. No system is perfectly secure. Report vulnerabilities responsibly through the report form on the Legal & Trust page or support — do not access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, ECTA or other law that cannot be waived. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss caused by AI errors you did not check, actions you confirmed, or third-party services; and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
To the extent legally permitted, you indemnify us against third-party claims caused by your unlawful use or breach of these terms.
17. General
The operator is based in South Africa. These terms do not displace mandatory laws or dispute-resolution rights that apply to you; no exclusive court jurisdiction is asserted here. If a clause is unenforceable the rest remains. These terms and the linked policies describe the agreement. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; the operator may transfer it on a sale of the business subject to applicable law.
For questions or complaints, use Customer Support & Contact. These terms remain subject to owner legal review before commercial launch.
